We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our established legal team at Arbuthnot Yon. As a key member of our litigation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business and helping us navigate complex disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex disputes with customers relating to contractual, debt, and regulatory issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Support a team of paralegals and specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Legal Counsel to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Conduct in-person negotiations and settlement arrangements with customers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of PQE gained in private practice or in-house, with a strong background in commercial litigation.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex disputes and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
