About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at GLL. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, promoting a fun and engaging experience that encourages them to stay active and healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels
  • Consistently perform high-quality classes that are engaging, motivating, and fun
  • Adapt and progress classes as needed to ensure all members have a great experience
  • Inspire members through class delivery and energy transfer
  • Exceed member expectations and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Zumba Instructor Certificate with a valid Zin membership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to customer service and member satisfaction
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
