This role plays a crucial part in leveraging match gifts to grow sustainable regular giving streams, enhance alumni giving, and develop innovative fundraising ideas and opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to achieve these goals, focusing primarily on Harris Westminster Sixth Form.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage match gifts to grow sustainable regular giving streams
  • Enhance alumni giving
  • Develop innovative fundraising ideas and opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Strong skills in planning, delivering, and evaluating event and volunteer engagement programmes
  • Ability to set and meet objectives, measure performance, and get things done
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents, alumnae, and the wider community
  • Interest in planning and delivering high-quality events
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
