Professional Milk Tanker Driver Opportunity for Experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our team as a Milk Tanker Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company, Gregory Distribution, and contribute to the success of our dairy collection operations.
About the RoleThe position involves collecting milk from farms in the local area and delivering it to the dairy. You will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client's requirements. Additionally, you will be required to keep in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and manage our customers' expectations.
Due to the nature of the locations of our customers, there will be a high degree of rural driving involved. As such, applicants must be comfortable driving in various rural environments and have a strong sense of navigation.
Requirements- A valid UK HGV Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Licence
- A current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Experience of Fridge trailers (preferably)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
