Care Support Specialist

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, a pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and a refer a friend scheme.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, able to care and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be resilient and able to work independently. You will also need to be able to use your own initiative and work well under pressure.
