Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving the development of key data products at Barclays Bank PLC, working closely with business owners to capture priorities and shape the problem statement into a clear backlog for the feature team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data & analytics, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, technical background with data analysis/warehousing, and data governance.

  • Provision of subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owner and technical side of product development.">
  • Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision defined in product roadmap, communicating with relevant stakeholders and development team.">
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well-defined, measurable, and secure.">
  • Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.">
  • Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the bank's performance standards.">
  • Stay abreast of latest industry technology trends and technologies, evaluating and adopting new approaches to improve product development and delivery.">

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
