Your Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced operatives with a strong background in carpentry and NVQ Level 2 qualification. As a member of our building fabric maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including groundworks, labouring, drylining, plastering, and painting.

You will work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
