Electrical Build Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Build Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Build Engineer, you will be responsible for building and testing electrical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of technical projects.

About the Role
  • Design and build bespoke electromechanical automation systems to specification and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review technical drawings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively share skills and experience to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify root causes of electrical faults and implement solutions.
  • Travel to client sites for the installation of robotic automation systems.
Requirements
  • Qualified to HNC in an electrical-focused course or equivalent level of experience.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in written and verbal English.
  • Confident in reading and understanding technical electrical drawings.
  • Willingness to rapidly learn new technology.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Good understanding of industrial systems, particularly safety systems.
  • Able to plan workload and complete tasks autonomously.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Working knowledge and appreciation for health and safety.
