Supporting Sales Floor Success

Join us as a Sales Support Team Member at Next, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service during our busy Christmas period. As a Sales Support Team Member, you will work primarily on the sales floor, helping customers find the perfect products and sharing your knowledge and passion for our amazing products.

About the Role

As a Sales Support Team Member, you will

  • Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as you can
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development

About You

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient, even on busy days. You will be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, and be flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers. You will take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace and dedication.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
