About the Role

This challenging and rewarding position will require you to provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in engaging with residents through social activities, conversation, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with medication management and administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A valid healthcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
