Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities?

We are seeking a pool of Casual Care Workers to join our team at the Beechwood scheme, working a range of shifts between 7am and 10.45pm.

As a Casual Care Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and choice in daily routines and activities.
  • Assisting with personal care routines, household tasks, menu planning and cooking, medication and health appointments, social activities and outings, employment, hobbies and interests.
  • Supporting individuals to achieve their desired outcomes and ensuring good health and safety.
  • Developing skills and undertaking required training for the role, including the East Riding Care Certificate portfolio.

We are looking for individuals who possess good verbal and written communication skills, a person-centred and flexible approach, and the ability to work on their own initiative. Ideally, you will also hold a full driving licence.
