We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Coordinator to facilitate the development, configuration, and ongoing running of our business systems.

As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with other team members and vendors to ensure the efficient operation of our systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuration of MS applications to adapt to our business needs
  • Help desk and CRM system configuration (Zendesk, MS Dynamics, etc)
  • IT related Help Desk Support

Additionally, you may be involved in other IT activities such as:

  • Database updates for proprietary and 3rd party platforms
  • Other IT support requirements to ensure business efficiency

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3+ years experience in a support role
  • Strong computer literacy and understanding of IT systems
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Bookings, etc.
  • Experience with Student Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Virtual Learning Environments (desirable)
  • Database fundamentals and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to offer 1st line IT support for Head Office
  • Proficiency with a CRM platform and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent
