Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of a defined area of the home, with authority and accountability to make care decisions. They will coordinate the day-to-day running of their care area, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication and supervising the care team when delivering this, responding to any and all emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Named nurse for individual residents, focusing on needs assessments and personal care plans
  • Developing strong relationships with residents to involve them in care decisions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • A role model for staff and mentor to the care services team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, positive, resilient, proactive, organised, honest, accountable, passionate, and keen to develop. They must have an active NMC registration, awareness of CQC regulations, working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations, and post-registration qualifications.
