Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced West Midlands Service Management Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company within the commercial laundry sector, providing exceptional service to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct management of a team of field service engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Regular contact and visits to customers in your designated area, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Account management skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, driving business development and increasing revenue.
  • Responsible for managing the workload and performance of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in service management, preferably in a controller or team leader role.
  • The ability to plan and organize the work of engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities, with a commercial mindset.
