At Investigo Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Manager to join our team. This role offers an attractive salary of £65,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing period-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and process coordination across multiple legal entities. They will maintain end-to-end process documentation, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will supervise accounting activities, manage journal processing, and prepare internal financial statements. You will also compile information for audited financial statements and provide operational and financial measurement reports to stakeholders.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience in shared services, preferably similar operating models and organisation sizes. Qualified candidates should hold relevant certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with over 3 years of experience in finance.

Key skills required for this role include extensive month-end close experience, familiarity with complex financial systems, and process improvements. Strong stakeholder relationships, a proactive approach, and leadership contribution are also essential.
