We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Store Manager to join our team at Deichmann in Ipswich. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge
- Stock management and analysis of sales performance data and reports
- Make recommendations for ways to improve sales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights
- Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained
- Delivery of all KPI's, meeting all company standards
- Recruitment and training of the team
**Requirements**
- A hands-on leader with experience working as a Retail Store Manager
- A positive flexible approach with a can-do attitude
- Energy and enthusiasm, with ability to work under pressure, in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Highly numerate and attention to detail
- Good communicator and methodical, organised approach to work
**Salary and Benefits**
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £32,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn monthly commission and annual bonuses.
