About the Role

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Scheduler for Residential Construction to work on a complex RC Frame scheme with an underground car park, and a future phase of a high-rise building.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading tier 1 residential contractor in the UK, working closely with the Planning Director to plan and manage the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contract requirements.
  • Track project progress on-site, identifying potential issues and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, coordinating efforts to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with the contract programme.
  • Foster open communication through regular meetings with teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or planner.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and contract requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Package includes salary up to £90,000 + benefits. The ideal candidate should be based in London.
