A Day in the Life of a Social WorkerAs a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulating and implementing care plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Staying current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Team meetings commence at 10 am, fostering collaboration and alignment among team members. Flexibility to work from home offers convenience and work-life balance. We are open to accommodating Saturday shifts, providing opportunities for scheduling flexibility and accommodating diverse lifestyles.
Working hours and contract duration:
This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. This Contract is for 3 months.
