The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire door compliance, emergency lighting testing, smoke ventilation system testing, and lift line testing. A driving license and access to a car are essential for site visits.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across the portfolio, adhering to pre-planned schedules of inspections.
- Conduct and record weekly, monthly, and cyclical checks, tests, and maintenance routines, including fire door compliance, emergency lighting testing, smoke ventilation system testing, and lift line testing.
- Identify and report defects or incidents, collaborating with your line manager to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure high-quality completion of routine maintenance tasks, documenting results in relevant systems.
- Deliver concise and clear reports detailing inspection findings and recommendations.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
