Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to patients with complex needs, including those with long-term health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Proactively identify and manage treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Support and guide support workers to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
