Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Main Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and machinery
* Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and upgraded as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations and minimize downtime

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
