Decorative Lighting Sales Executive

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Franklite Ltd as a Specification Sales Manager A&D in the South West of England Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exceptional luminaires to architects, designers, and consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Franklite's exceptional luminaires to architects, designers, and consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the region
- 80% of your effort will be dedicated to specification working with interior designers, lighting designers & consultants; 20% with Retailers and Distributors
- Provide a consultancy-based approach to sales
- Attend industry events, networking, present presentations, including product demonstrations (lunch and learn), training, and CPD seminars
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales and business development skills
- Task management – arranging appointments, meeting deadlines, and concise reports
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in the lighting or interior design industry
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Full driving licence
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
