AML Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Savings Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of the Savings Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our savings services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional customer service to savers via telephone, letter, or email.
- Conduct detailed Anti-Money Laundering checks in accordance with our AML Handbook.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when necessary.
- Perform risk assessments on new and existing savers to determine their risk level.
- Communicate with savers to collect necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate data within our core banking system.
- 2 years of customer service experience in a financial service environment preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering frameworks.
- Experience with credit reference agency checks and PEP/sanction monitoring.
- Proficient in data entry into core systems.
- Understanding of corporate structures.
