About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead our outdoor activities and workshops for children aged 7-14. As an Ultimate Survival Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering quality, structured outdoor activities and ensuring the welfare of our young participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging outdoor activities, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Encourage participation through enthusiasm, passion, and energy.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, supporting and caring for children throughout the week.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times.
  • Live up to our promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and behave as a suitable role model.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for working with children.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in outdoor education and working with children.
  • Excellent communication skills and verbal reasoning.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations.
