Job Description

A Luxury Spa Manager at Sopwell House leads the spa team in delivering an exceptional experience for customers. This includes greeting and assisting customers, managing the department, dealing with membership enquiries, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and resolving complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the spa team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service through excellent leadership skills.
  • Manage the department, including check-ins and overnight breaks.
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment.
  • Address complaints promptly and efficiently.
Requirements

To excel as a Luxury Spa Manager at Sopwell House, you must have:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar position in a four/five-star establishment.
  • Experience in customer care to a 5-star standard.
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of First Aid and Emergency Responder qualifications (ideal but not required).
  • Pool Plant training (ideal but not required).
