Job Title: Product Description Data Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Description Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Kingfisher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for acquiring, translating, and communicating product description data and assets across all Kingfisher Group channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the end-to-end product description data collection process
  • Deliver OEB product description acquisition in line with the CPA to the agreed brief
  • Ensure the delivery of validated and translated product description data, packaging data, and assets
  • Escalate and communicate risks and potential mitigations affecting range change as required
  • Become fully competent in the use of PIM and Vendor Portal
  • Work closely with the Change Control and PIM Development teams

Requirements:

  • Passionate about how data is used to help customers buy products and its importance within a retail organization
  • Tenacious and resilient in the face of strong opinions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Consideration for how something may impact other areas of the business
  • Understanding of business processes
