**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Primary School Educator to join our team as a Year 4 Teacher. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. They will teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum, focusing on each individual child's learning targets, and encourage their strengths and weaknesses.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2
  • Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Focusing on individual learning targets
  • Encouraging strengths and weaknesses

**Requirements:**

  • QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner
  • Possionate about learning
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 4 environment

**Salary:** Approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
