We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our NHS client on a 3 month contract within the MSK department.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for assessing and managing a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients referred by self-referral, primary care, First Contact Physiotherapists, and hospitals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy service for adult patients referred for assessment/treatment within the Trust
  • Providing team leadership and support, participating in service-based initiatives and activities
  • Clinical mentorship, supervision, and teaching of junior staff (Band 6 and 5 Physiotherapists and Band 4 and 3 Assistants)

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered for this role, dependent on experience.
