Mobile General Assistant

As a Mobile General Assistant for Sodexo in the Worcestershire and Warwickshire Area, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our fast-paced food and beverage services. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase our kitchen offerings in an appealing manner, ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will have a flexible schedule with no unsociable hours and enjoy public holidays, including Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for our school team and pupils.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas.
- Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to food handling and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and machinery.
- Uphold the reputation of Sodexo at all times.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Show a dedicated and organized approach to work.
- Prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Display impeccable punctuality and reliability.
- Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

This is a term-time role with full-time progression opportunities. We offer a competitive hourly rate, 20 hours per week, and a working pattern of Monday to Friday. The position requires a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. A retention bonus is also available for successful completion of the probation period and subsequent employment.
ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSED.
Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks, and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks.
