We are seeking a passionate and dynamic leader to join our team at Everyman Cinema Group. As a Venue Leader, you will be responsible for training and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service to all our guests while maintaining commercial and operational excellence of the venue.

About the Role
Our Venue Leaders are the face of Everyman Cinema, and as such, they must be able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a love for food, drink, customer service, and people.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and motivate a team to ensure delivery of exceptional service to all guests
- Maintain commercial and operational excellence of the venue
