Teaching Assistant - Primary School

A vibrant primary school in Coalville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a UK primary school and be passionate about supporting children in their learning journey.

About the Role:
  • Supporting children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to boost their confidence and understanding.
  • Assisting with the management of student behavior and creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a UK primary school is required.
  • A strong passion for education and a genuine desire to support children in their learning journey.
  • Experience working with children with additional needs is an advantage but not essential.
  • A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate between £85 - £100 depending on experience.
