Job Description:
">The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for selling 2-5 bed new homes on a five-day week, including weekends. This role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can build strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Candidates should have previous experience working in new homes sales, either directly for a housebuilder or residential developer, or for an estate agency with a new homes department.
A strong understanding of marketing and presentation techniques is essential for this role, as well as the ability to consider customer needs and provide tailored advice.
