Job Description

DevOps Engineer - Cambridge

Azure | Powershell | Terraform | Kubernetes | Windows | AWS | Platform | SRE | DevOps | Cambridge

We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client's team in Cambridge, working on a state-of-the-art platform for video content management and distribution. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and PowerShell, with a passion for upskilling and staying ahead of the curve.

The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Azure and AWS
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Terraform
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and tools
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the platform and troubleshoot issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and PowerShell
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
