Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced warehouse and stock management operations. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the stores department and be part of a forward-thinking company that values teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will assist with monthly stock checks to ensure accuracy, load and offload materials correctly, check and receive incoming materials for quality, and maintain stock rotation in line with the FIFO principle. They will also issue goods according to current processes, perform spot checks on store items, and provide excellent communication and team working skills.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading foundry technology company, crafting innovative solutions for the automotive and engineering industries.

This role requires knowledge of stores processes and stock management, experience of using computer systems, competence in Microsoft Office applications, and a counterbalance forklift truck licence.
