Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the workshop team
  • Updating and maintaining databases and records
  • Processing invoices and financial transactions

Personal Requirements:

  • Proficiency in IT systems and a willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused with a strong background in customer service or reception
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar sector is an advantage

Benefits:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with occasional Saturdays

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
