Hairdresser Trainee

We are excited to offer a Hairdressing Apprenticeship opportunity at our small, busy salon. This is a fantastic chance for a driven and passionate individual to train in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Hairdresser Trainee, you will be employed by the salon and trained under the guidance of our experienced stylists, alongside our skilled trainers from Total Training Provision.

• To work closely with our trainers and stylists to develop your hairdressing skills and knowledge.
• To assist with daily salon operations, including receiving clients, preparing for services, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• To participate in regular training sessions to develop your technical skills and product knowledge.

• A strong desire to learn and develop your hairdressing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Ongoing training and development opportunities.

• A competitive salary, estimated to be around £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• The opportunity to gain a Level 2 Hairdressing Professional qualification.
