About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our dynamic team in the automotive repair industry. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our success and delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of bodyshop technicians to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality repairs.
  2. Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and materials are available to support operations.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity in the bodyshop.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to implement best practices and enhance operations.

About You

You'll have prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager, with expertise in health and safety protocols and the ability to lead and work as part of a team. You'll be flexible in your approach, work to high standards, and prioritize customer satisfaction.


We're looking for someone with:

  1. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the automotive repair industry, with a focus on bodyshop operations.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  3. Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, equipment, and materials.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and industry-specific software.
