Pharmacy Technician Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Team Leader, responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants in our Surgical Clinical Pharmacy Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of pharmacy technicians and assistants.
- Collaborate with Divisional Lead Pharmacists to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and priorities.
- Manage and maintain accurate and efficient management of pharmacy stock in satellite dispensaries.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures and Dispensary Policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy Cost Improvement Plan initiatives.
