This leading international contractor is seeking a Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor to join its Glasgow-based Transmission & Distribution team.

  • A main or sub-contractor background.
  • Project experience will include drainage, access roads, foundations, utilities, and substations.
  • BSc Quantity Surveying.

As part of a wider commercial team, you will be based in the Glasgow office and responsible for executing various stages of a project.

  • Undertake and manage interim commercial meetings with the Client and Internal Project Team.
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts.
  • Identify potential commercial risks and report promptly to Senior Management.

Maintain accurate records and provide detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.
