Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The United Welsh Group is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to provide first and second line support for operational technology that enables the delivery of its services. This role requires using problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to investigate issues in systems, processes, and services, manage assets in the Cloud, and maintain the desktop estate used by staff to access services.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve technical issues in systems, processes, and services.
- Manage Cloud assets to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Maintain the desktop estate used by staff to access services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Cloud infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
