Compensation Package

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £66,550 per annum, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives.

Job Responsibilities

This key role involves managing 4-5 bed homes for young people with SEMH needs. Our ideal candidate has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence. They must also have experience managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or "Outstanding" children's home.
