Job Description

At Elemis, we are seeking an experienced Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products, raising awareness of the Elemis brand, and educating clients on our product and treatment range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account by promoting Elemis treatments and products.
  • Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
  • Participate in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
  • Accurately record sales figures and stock levels.

Treatments and Client Care:

  • Carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain the Elemis counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle client complaints promptly.
  • Keep client details confidential and secure.
Requirements

To be successful as a Skincare Specialist, you will need:

  • Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent).
  • Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry.
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand.
