Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the funeral and memorialisation process, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeded.
  • Funeral Arrangements: Coordinate and deliver funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders, and aftercare services with precision and attention to detail.
  • Compliance and Quality: Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, internal KPIs, and industry regulations, ensuring the highest level of quality and assurance for our clients.

Requirements
