Asset Reconciliation Expert

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Stock Controller to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient stock replenishment, and optimal purchasing strategies. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results, leveraging your expertise in Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, SumIf) to analyze complex data sets and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular inventory checks and implementing replenishment procedures;
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate quotes and price comparisons;
• Collaborating with maintenance and PPM teams to obtain projected usage levels and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials;

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, SumIf) and ability to analyze complex data sets;
• Strong background in inventory management, preferably with purchasing experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
