About the Role:


As a Christmas Support Team Member at NEXT, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience during the holiday season. Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them find the perfect products and ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to NEXT's high standards
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals, working collaboratively to drive sales and customer engagement
