Job Title: Field Service Engineer for Laboratory Automation Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory automation systems.

About the Role:
  • Service and support laboratory automation systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service engineering capacity, preferably in a high-value electronics or electro-mechanical capital equipment environment.
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of laboratory automation systems and related technologies.
