About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Ridgepark House in Lanark. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized support plans for individuals with autism
  • Build positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work in partnership with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure individuals' life goals and aspirations are met
  • Enable individuals to participate in activities of their choice and promote independence and active citizenship
