We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping services and driving change.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate MDT working with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to maximise clinical outcomes for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Collect and analyse data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
- Develop empowering environments where adults can flourish
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS
- Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists
- Experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
- Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
