About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping services and driving change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate MDT working with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist
  • Work collaboratively with the wider care team to maximise clinical outcomes for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Collect and analyse data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
  • Develop empowering environments where adults can flourish
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
