Marketing Strategy and Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy and Analytics Lead to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns to improve ROI and engagement
  • Collaborate with senior Marketing executives to identify and solve complex business challenges
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, or related degree
  • ~6+ years experience in Marketing/Analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL
  • Proficiency in SAS/Python/R is a plus
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills
  • A genuine teammate with exceptional collaboration skills
  • A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on time and on budget
