Leadership Role: Cloud Sales Expert

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Expert to join our team at Redis Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer in our product definition and drive sales growth through a defined sales methodology (MEDDPIC).
- Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to identify and nurture leads, and execute sales processes in the most efficient and effective means.
- Work closely with Marketing, MDR, and Solutions Architects to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our revenue targets.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and provide intellectually honest forecasting to support business decisions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Inside Sales team in a closing role in cloud solution selling in Iberia.
- A strong understanding of the cloud sales landscape and the ability to inspire executive sales prospects and customers with a sense of what is possible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A results-driven approach, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this role.
